London Borough of Enfield Development Secured with TfL

Project Win. Land on Bowes Road and Palmerston Crescent

Stephen Alderdice Studio have been awarded the commission to design new homes on land owned by Transport for London (TfL).

The plot is located within London Borough of Enfield and comprises vacant green space along the northern edge of the North Circular Road at Palmerston Crescent/Bowes Road.

The project was awarded in a competitive bid, so we are delighted to have been successful in securing the project. The development will be brought forward by Kisiel Group and London Living Rent Ltd and design work has already commenced with a Pre-App expected to be lodged in the coming months.
