Stephen Alderdice is a Chartered Architect with 20 years of experience across architecture, property and residential development in London and the South East of England. Through his work with developers, landowners and property stakeholders, he has developed a strategic and commercially informed approach to land, buildings and long-term value creation, helping guide projects from early-stage opportunity through planning and delivery.
His professional interests increasingly focus on the relationship between property, development and stewardship, including the ways in which thoughtful design, planning strategy and development can support sustainable communities and wider organisational objectives.
Stephen studied Architecture at Queen’s University Belfast and the Mackintosh School of Architecture in Glasgow, graduating in 2005. He subsequently worked within architectural practices in both Ireland and London before registering as an Architect with the Architects Registration Board and becoming a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects.
Having worked in London and the South East since 2010 across residential, education, commercial and regeneration projects, Stephen later established Stephen Alderdice Studio, a Chartered Practice focused on residential development, planning strategy and real estate optimisation.
