Wickford Development, Essex Awarded Planning Permission

Stephen Alderdice Studio are delighted to have been awarded full planning permission for 29 apartments and ground floor Class E use in the town centre of Wickford, Essex. The application was recommended for Approval by Officers and Council Members voted unanimously in favour of Planning Permission at Planning Committee.

The application had been made following a 12-month period of pre-application consultation with Basildon Borough Council, local councillors, and stakeholders, all of whom participated in the process of informing the resulting development proposal.
