Double Award Success At 2022 International Property Awards

2 Portree Street, London, designed by Stephen Alderdice Studio has won two awards at the The International Property Awards.

Stephen Alderdice Studio were honoured to lift two 5-star awards at the Awards Event in Royal Lancaster in London on 28 October 2022 for their project, 2 Portree Street, London.  We were recognised as 5-star WINNERS in:

  • Architecture Multiple Residence category

  • Residential Development 2-9 Units category

2 Portree Street, London was won by Stephen Alderdice Studio in an open competition held by the landowners Transport for London (TfL). We secured Planning Permission for our design from London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

We are delighted to receive industry recognition for this project from The International Property Awards in both Architecture and Property Development categories as this continued cross-discipline success recognises the real estate success that we deliver for our investor client base.

Stephen Alderdice Studio will now compete against the best property professionals internationally.
