Stephen Alderdice Studio Has Been Awarded Planning Permission For New Apartments On The High Street In Lewisham By London Borough Of Lewisham.

The application was lodged after some months of pre-application discussions with officers at London Borough of Lewisham. The proposal seeks to extend the building by 2 storeys and will remodel the interiors to provide 9 apartments with access directly from the High Street. Alongside this, it is intended to enlarge the basement to further support the employment use at ground level.

Apartments are each dual aspect and have either inset balconies or secluded projecting balconies sheltered from the bustle at the front and the penthouse apartment has a roof terrace.

The design team is presently preparing working drawings for a Tender of the works with Construction likely to start in Spring 2022.
