The Construction Phase for a Warehouse Development in Basildon, designed by Stephen Alderdice Studio has commenced.

The 55,170sqft development will comprise 2 industrial units on the site of a single 24,830sqft unit, more than doubling the overall development area. Stephen Alderdice Studio had previously secured Planning Permission from Basildon Borough Council for the development.
