The practice has developed a reputation for designing urban buildings, informed by a sensitivity to context and place. Stephen’s experience and deep understanding of multi-unit residential design, successful urban buildings and places, planning approval processes, and land development appraisal and strategy, gives him a fully rounded understanding of the attributes that underpin successful real estate investment.

Stephen Alderdice ARB RIBA
Director
Stephen Alderdice has been a Chartered Architect for 20 years and has leveraged his skillset to assist clients with land and building assets in London and the South East of England bring to market high quality residential developments that bring a measured return on investment.
Stephen studied Architecture at Queens University Belfast and the Mackintosh School of Architecture in Glasgow. He graduated in 2005, and has since worked in Architectural Practice, registering as an Architect with the Architect’s Registration Board and being elected to Chartered Membership of the Royal Institute of British Architects.
After working in Architectural Practices in Ireland and in London, and having worked in London and the South East since 2010, Stephen established his own practice, Stephen Alderdice Studio.
Recognition
The work of the practice has been internationally recognised with success in the International Property Awards programmes in 2022-23, and the buildings and projects of the practice have been published in “World’s Best” and “UK & Europe’s Best” publications.
In 2024, the practice was awarded “Leading Architecture and Real Estate Optimisation Consultant in the 2024 Leading Designer Awards.
